Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Litcoder from Paprika Maps Pvt. Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to delivering high-quality assessments and training programs. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. General Terms
This policy applies to all purchases made on our platform (www.litcoder.in) including assessment credits, training program enrolments, and any subscription-based services.
By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Cancellations
Assessment Purchases made directly on the platform and paid through our payment gateway (Razorpay)
- Once an assessment has been activated or started, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you have purchased an assessment and have not yet started it, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
Training Programs:
- You may cancel your registration for a training program up to 72 hours before the start date for a full refund.
- No cancellations will be accepted once the program has begun.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Refunds will be made only to the original payment method.
- Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after approval.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Assessments that have been started or completed.
- No-shows or late cancellations for training programs.
- Technical issues not attributable to our platform (e.g., internet disruptions, user-side device errors).
4. Exceptions and Discretion
We reserve the right to consider exceptions to this policy in cases such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Accidental multiple purchases
- Major technical failures from our end
Such exceptions are reviewed case-by-case and refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

- Order ID / Transaction reference
- Reason for cancellation/refund
6. Razorpay Payment Gateway Compliance
- In accordance with Razorpay's compliance guidelines:
- All refund requests will be initiated only through Razorpay's dashboard and processed via the same payment mode.
- We do not store card or bank account details.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
